During one of the most difficult seasons of our family’s life, we realized we wanted to build something that would outlive us. Not simply a business, but a legacy that would create opportunities for future generations while carrying forward the compassion, resilience, and servant’s heart our daughter shared with everyone she met.
Our daughter, Nazhi, known to many as Nazhi Thee Baker, was more than an incredible baker. She was a courageous sickle cell advocate, an encourager, and a source of hope for so many people. She understood firsthand what it meant to face life’s challenges, yet she chose to spend her life lifting others up.
Whether she was advocating for those living with sickle cell disease, encouraging families during difficult seasons, or simply making someone smile, Nazhi believed every person deserved to feel seen, valued, and loved.
Her kindness reached far beyond our family. It touched friends, healthcare professionals, members of the sickle cell community, and countless others whose lives were brighter because of her compassion.
Today, her legacy continues to inspire the way we do business.
